Become a Tutor or Mentor

We’re looking for tutors and mentors with energy, optimism, and a passion for helping young people thrive.

More than subject experts, you’ll be a communicator, role model, and guide through formative years. We support students aged 4–21 in the UK and abroad with one-to-one tuition, mentoring, home-schooling, and full-time placements. Online or in person, we carefully match tutors to each student. You should be:

• Warm, engaging, and optimistic

• Clear, patient, and purposeful in communication

• Discreet, reliable, and trustworthy

• Degree-educated from a leading university
